Field Trip Policies

Thank you for your interest in booking a field trip with us! Please review the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Field Trip Requirements

  • Field trips must be pre-approved to receive group pricing.

  • Minimum group: 12 students + 3 adults (teachers/chaperones).

  • All participants must pay (students, parents, teachers), unless noted below.

  • Field trips are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

  • No field trips on October 12, 2026.

Payment Policy

  • One payment per group is required (no individual payments).

  • Payment may be split (cash/card), but must be completed in a single transaction.
     

Field Trip Packages (Per Person)

  • Package 1 – $14: Hayride + Medium Pumpkin + Corn Bath

  • Package 2 – $30: Hayride + Medium Pumpkin + Corn Bath + Corn Maze

  • Package 3 – $25: Corn Maze + Medium Pumpkin + Choice of Hayride or Corn Bath

  • Package 4 – $22: Corn Maze Only

Exemptions

  • Children 5 & under: Free Entry to Corn Maze Only with Paid Adult

  • Children 12 months & under: Free for Hayride + Corn Bath with Paid Adult

Chaperone Guidelines

  • Required ratio: 1 adult per 8 children.

  • Each hayride must include at least one adult from your group.

  • Chaperones may:

  • Participate fully (pay package price), or

  • Opt out and pay individually for select activities.

What to Bring

  • Water bottles (no running water on-site)

  • Lunch/snacks (covered picnic areas available)

  • Baby wipes

  • Sharpie (to label pumpkins)

  • Closed-toe shoes & long pants recommended

  • Optional: wagons (or use ours if available), scissors & gloves for cutting pumpkins
     

  • Important Reminders

  • No glass or open flames allowed.

  • You are welcome to explore play areas, hay pyramid, and photo spots at no extra cost.

During Your Visit

  • Field trips are self-guided.

  • Staff will review your included activities and pumpkin size upon arrival.

  • Adult tricycles are not included—please keep children off of them.

    Please Note: 
    Cool Patch is a working farm, and all attractions are seasonal and set up each year. Please note that amenities are limited—there is no running water and restrooms are portable toilets only. We recommend planning accordingly for your comfort. Children must be supervised at all times.Thank you!
